All returns must be pre-authorized. We will provide a return shipping label and clear instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive another item, please return the original product and place a new order once the return is processed.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without giving any reason. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
